Bottle 33cl The Gallia blond is brewed from spring water and 'Pilsner' malt, a pale malt that gives its nice golden colour to the beer.
Then, for the fine aromatic balance of Gallia, two kinds of hops are necessary: one aromatic hop that brings the aromatic taste and a second hop that gives the slight hint of bitterness to the beer.
In addition, as the Gallia is a ‘Pils’, it is less alcoholic than beers of high fermentation with a lighter taste , so it is a very refreshing beer. Better drank at round 6-8°C.
The beer type 'Pils', was invented in 1842 in the Czech city of Pilsen. Today, Czech breweries are the only in Europe to respect the traditional brewing methods of the 'Pils'.
